Returning an unwanted item?
Yes, returns are possible for eligible items. We totally understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work for you.
As long as the item is still in its original condition and is returned within 14 days of receiving your order, we accept returns subject to the rules below.
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please do not actually wear it. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Items excluded from returns, refunds and exchanges
Please note that items purchased during special sales, promotions or with a discount code are final sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
This also applies to Advent Calendars, Mystery Boxes and any other products marked as non-returnable.
Orders placed with a discount code or promotional offer are therefore excluded from returns, refunds and exchanges, unless the item is faulty and covered by our warranty policy.
What happens after that?
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the 14-day return period mentioned above. If you try to return an item after this period, we don’t have to accept the shipment. The parcel may be sent back to your original delivery address, depending on the courier you used.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please make sure to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking number available for your return delivery.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we’re able to locate the items, which isn’t always possible, and you would like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Warranty
ruru. studios works with a warranty period of 2 years starting from the moment your purchase has been made.
A 2-year warranty is given for our products if they are used according to our care recommendations. We are not liable for product damage caused by disregard of our recommendations, improper use, normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
We take our quality very seriously and want to make sure that every issue is looked at individually. Therefore, we review each situation separately to understand what happened and how we can find a suitable solution together.
