All of our pieces are made from recycled 925 Sterling Silver – with or without a layer of real gold (aka: gold-plated silver). To keep your shiny treasures looking their best, here’s our not-so-secret care guide:

Daily tips

  • Put on your jewelry after perfume, lotion, or hairspray – not before.
  • Avoid wearing it in the shower – water and soap can dull the shine.
  • Don’t swim with your jewelry – chlorine and saltwater aren’t its friends.
  • Store it in a dry place, ideally in the ruru. pouch that comes with your order.
  • Polish gently now and then with a soft cloth to refresh the shine.

About gold-plated pieces

Our gold-plated jewelry is made from real 925 Sterling Silver with a thin layer of gold on top.

This layer can fade over time – especially with frequent contact with water, sweat or skin.

That’s totally normal and doesn’t mean something’s wrong – it’s just how plating behaves.

The better you care for it, the longer it’ll shine =)

About oxidation

Sterling silver can naturally oxidize when it reacts with air, moisture or your skin.

That might look like slight darkening – but don’t worry!

It’s not the same as tarnishing and can be removed with a quick polish.

Oxidation is just a sign that your jewelry is made from real silver <3
